The 25th International Conference on Optical Network Design and Modelling (ONDM 2021) will be a virtual event organized by Chalmers on 28 June – 1 July 2021.
We are happy to announce that Hexa-X has been invited to organize a workshop presenting the 6G vision and their interactions with optical networks.

Given the extreme performance demands of the envision 6G use cases, we foresees a natural inclusion of optical networks to provide the necessary high-performance fronthaul, backhaul and access networks.
The workshop will take place online on June 28th 2-4 pm CET which will include presentations of the Hexa-X vision for 6G as well as the academic and industrial presentations on their respective view point of optical networks and will be concluded by a panel discussion featuring the invited speakers.
