New deliverable focused on final 6G architectural enablers and technological solutions has been published

We are happy to announce the release of our latest research deliverable, D5.3, from Hexa-X Project’s Work Package 5 (WP5) focused on “Final 6G architectural enablers and technological solutions“! This is the third and last deliverable of Work Package 5.

In this deliverable, we develop and evaluate different AI/ML and programmability frameworks, and how these frameworks can be exposed and coordinated with each other. Further on, we also develop and evaluate several enablers for the flexible networks design, with focus coverage extension solutions such as mesh ad hoc networks and NTN. Finally, we describe a possible 6G architecture with more flexibility and fewer interfaces and processing points. In addition, we propose a method on how to perform a qualitative TCO analysis of a 6G network.

The deliverable reflects the work done in WP5 from month 22 (Oct. 2022) until month 28 (April 2023), according to the project execution plan.
